GENERAL SEATING
Tickets for all MHFB performances in all venues are general admission seats unless otherwise stated on your ticket. Doors typically open one hour prior to the performance and all seating is open to patrons as they enter the space.
STUDENT & CHILD TICKETS
MHFB offers student pricing to all children of any age for all events. Children under the age of 5 do not need a ticket to any MHFB event except those in the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. For Ellie concerts, children under the age of 5 can get a ticket at the student rate.
ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility information for each venue is listed on ticket purchase pages and at MHFB.org. Most of our venues meet standard accessibility guidelines. The exception is Historic Grant Avenue (HGA), a designated historical building that is not fully ADA compliant; it does have an entry ramp and wheelchair seating space, though options are more limited than at our other venues. For any event, please contact us as soon as possible after purchasing your ticket with any accessibility questions, concerns, or needs at info@mhfb.org.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Refunds may be issued up to 24 hours before an event, to your original payment method; within 24 hours of a concert, no refunds or credits will be issued. If a performance is cancelled for any reason, we will contact you to arrange next steps for your tickets. For events at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, the AXS cancellation and refund policy applies instead — please refer to the policy on the event page when purchasing tickets for this venue.
DIGITAL TICKETS
Digital tickets will be provided via email for all performances. To access the event you can display the digital ticket on any device, add the ticket to your mobile wallet, or bring a printed version of the ticket. We also maintain a door list at most events for check-in. For events in the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, you may be required to download the AXS app or access your digital tickets using specific links. Refer to your order confirmation from AXS for details. Physical tickets will not be mailed or be available at any venue for any performance.
